Welcome to Emens, the complete carbon accounting solution built to streamline your carbon management efforts. This guide will introduce you to the key functionalities of the software, helping you set up your account and begin tracking your emissions quickly. What is Emens?
Emens is the easiest way to measure, analyse, and report your carbon emissions. It's built for everyone—not just ESG experts and it's designed to be super simple and intuitive, so you can start tracking your emissions right away, no matter your experience level. Whether you're managing one facility or many, Emens helps you stay on top of your carbon footprint with ease.
Navigating Emens
The Attio workspace can be divided into two main areas: the sidebar and the main panel. The sidebar (on the left) serves to navigate you through the essential pages of the software, which are displayed on the main panel (on the right).
The sidebar is collapsible and has 5 main sections:
Analytics, which provides visual insights into your carbon emissions, allowing you to track and analyze your data over time, compare emissions across facilities, and break it down by scope and fuel type.
Add Data, which enables you to upload emission data quickly and easily, whether by dragging and dropping files or inputting data manually, ensuring your emissions records stay up to date.
My Facilities, which allows you to manage and organize all your facilities, view specific facility details, and update key information such as location, facility type, and other facility characteristics.
Data Overview, which gives you a comprehensive view of your data coverage, showing any missing data points and helping you ensure complete and accurate tracking of all your emissions.
My Reports, which allows you to generate, edit, and download regulatory and stakeholder reports for specific time periods and facilities.
The sidebar also allows you to navigate to Settings, where you can update your account details and invite coworkers. You can also access the Get Help section for support or quickly log out of your account directly from the sidebar.
